Refund Policy

No refunds or exchanges on any ticket except as authorised by the venue.

Code Of Conduct

Tickets are non refundable. All ticket holders must present valid Photo ID upon entry. Tickets must be presented for entry into the event. Each bar code admits one entry. The Claremont Hotel will not accept responsibility for copied/duplicated tickets or unauthorised sale that may prevent your admittance to the event. The Claremont Hotel practices responsible service of alcohol. Patrons behaving in a drunken, disorderly or inappropriate manner may be refused entry and/or can be evicted at any time. The Claremont Hotel has the right to alter elements of the event package. A search of person or possessions may be required at the time of entry. The Claremont Hotel will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to the personal property brought to or purchased at the event by you or your invitees. There are no refunds due to inclement weather and failure to adhere to any of the ticket information above or these terms and conditions. There will be no refund on any unused portion of tickets if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave or if you decide not to attend any part of the event. EVENING/EVENT DRESS CODE: No thongs, no board shorts, no singlet’s, no offensive t-shirts. Neat dress shorts are okay. No trainers/running shoes, steel toecap or skate shoes.
